Dec. 2002 - Apr. 2014Kennewick, WA Accounts Payable: Receive, code and submit all incoming invoices and billings, request new vendors, distribute and balance petty cash, review and balance all statements, enter all approved billings/invoices into database, maintain monthly accrual lists.
Purchasing Agent: Issue and maintain purchase orders, purchase equipment, monitor uniforms, order business cards and marketing materials, order monthly supplies for entire branch, monitor warehouse stock (inventory) and balance at the end of each month.
Vehicles: Maintenance, repairs, gas usage and purchases, keep licensing and insurance current, purchase any needed parking permits.
Receptionist: Answering multi-line phones, monitor front desk, greet any incoming customers/personnel, keep kitchen neat, coffee made, copy New Hire packets, misc data entry and filing, experienced with Excel, Word, and Access, log and monitor building and vehicle inspections that are turned in monthly, and misc duties as requested by office staff or managers.
Service Desk: Dispatch work orders to crew as needed, track open work orders, issue tag numbers for all extra work, maintain tag log database, bill out completed work orders and tag work.
