- Ensure all bank’s policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with.
- Coordinate schedules, arranging meetings, writing and distributing memos and reports and ensuring effective news and information dissemination.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products/services - customer base increased by 30%.
- ATM Operations -daily replenishment and reconciliation.
- Processing of salaries for customers
- Automated Clearing House ACH (Transfer of funds to other banks)
- Provide assistance to all other team members when required.
