I specialized in event management, content development, proposal/ grant preparation and policy oversight/implementation. I developed learning and development initiatives for all employee training, and partnered with senior leaders and key stakeholders (community agencies and other departments) for input and partnership. I developed communications (content, physical and virtual materials) for new and existing training programs; reviewed, evaluated, and modified existing and proposed programs; and recommend appropriate changes when needed.
