Responsibilities: - Senior relationship manager between Planday and our clients
- Creating successful Planday journeys for our clients
- Enabling care homes and other care companies to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Key liaison with all areas of the business including Finance, Marketing, Activations and Customer Success
- Key Sales Consultant in the UK Sales team, based in London
- First-point of contact for the Sales cycle for medium to enterprise businesses
- Day-to-day, monthly and quarterly tracking, reporting and forecasting of personal Sales targets
