Apr. 2015 - Oct. 2016- Launched Tessemae’s All Natural Amazon Seller Central Account via Fulfillment by Merchant, including recruiting for fulfillment staff, shipping method and supplies, contract negotiation with FedEx and UPS, shopify integration, and streamline into accounting software
- Manage end-to-end all trade shows and events, strategy, logistics and execution
- Oversee the social strategy and implementation tactics; ensuring Tessemae’s is using all social channels to its optimal potential, maintaining a competitive edge in the social market place against “like” brands and our competitors
- Develop strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns including tactics such as remarketing, social advertising, automated outbound, etc
- Develop and maintain blogger affiliate network to increase new sessions and e-commerce conversion
- Manage, track, report, and present program budgets by channel – campaign costs, performance, and ROI through the demand generation lifecycle
