Taking elevations from L1 engineers.
Daily engaging with customers throughout mails and calls or webex sessions, investigating issues regarding the supported software and inspecting logs, executing root cause analysis.
Working closely with the developement team and CPEs to provide hotfixes or enhacement requests.
Keeping downtime to minimum, ensuring best practices are applied.
