• Install, configure and maintain network communications hardware to meet connectivity requirements Works with the Engineering department to strategically amend, upgrade, and streamline company systems to resolve software issues
• Communicates and follows up with third party consultants and vendors to ensure issue resolution.
• As directed, troubleshoots and modifies operating system and customization insure compliance with NERC standards
• Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, • Perform regular reviewing of system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled processes
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. • Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment
