Leading the team to grow the business in line with budgetary goals. Overseeing sales and revenue forecasts and spearheading organisational development. Key Accomplishments:
• Led the organic expansion over 13 years to grow the Company to achieve an annual turnover of GBP1.6m, with a property management portfolio of 130 blocks and 3,700 flats.
• Successfully identified and negotiated strategic partnerships with Residents’ Management Companies (RMC’s), investor landlords and developers, to grow the client base. • Led the Organisation to become the first Law Firm in the UK to be ARMA regulated for management of blocks of flats in 2016.
• Identified Campsie Commercial Ltd as a takeover target and led the team that completed the transaction.
o Led the Company to grow to a residential property management portfolio of 900 units in 2 years.
o Spearheaded the Company’s integration into Integrity Property Management Ltd.
• Accountable for the identification of Bennett Clarke & James Ltd as a takeover target and led that team to complete the transaction,.:
o Grew the Company to one with a portfolio of 1,100 units in 40 buildings.
o Merged Integrty’s entire Management Portfolio into that of Bennett Clarke & James Ltd
o Led the sale of the Company to private investors, accountable for assisting with all due diligence as needed.
