May. 2013 - Dec. 2013Melbourne, VictoriaI worked on the mobile title "The Sims Freeplay" to assist in the complete end to end production, ongoing maintenance, and worldwide launch of the mobile title on Android. Duties included;
• Partnered with project Producer to assist in the alignment of the Android and iOS development pipelines to synchronise launch of the titles for both platforms • identified, developed and maintained high level schedules for various teams related to the development of the title including work processes, audience lists, project budgets, general day to day correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, minutes and e-mails • Identified project risks, wrote contingency plans and instigated measures when risks arose • Interfaced and managed the various relationships between teams within EA including Marketing, Sales, QA, Tech Teams, Distribution, Localisation, Finance, Legal, Producers, Directors and other key stake holders • Worked with, and successfully coordinated schedules, for over 12 teams worldwide, to ensure the smooth running of daily operations • Prioritised the improvement of existing working relationships with internal and external teams by learning about their cultural influences, ambitions and motivations and worked on ways to better communicate, motivate, recognise and reward team members
