• Responsible for the institutional Corporate Social Engagement (CSE) strategy and initiatives. a. Stronger than Zika Virus – project management involving all Bayer divisions: consumer health, pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Aims to prevent and reduce the Zika emergency through maternal and child health promotion, sexual and reproductive rights advocacy, and vector control, in partnership with NGOs. Over BRL 2 million invested in 3 years. Phase I completed in 2018 and Phase II in current implementation. • Leader of the Bayer’s Volunteer Committee since 2016. 11 initiatives/year involving around 1.600 volunteers’ participation and impacting over 4.000 people in 2018 (in São Paulo): a. Bayer Social Academy – Bayer employees volunteering to teach English and basic Excel skills to contracted companies’ employees (cleaning, maintenance, security, and others) with less opportunities. Currently expanding this project to the community.
