Aims to prevent and reduce the Zika emergency through maternal and child health promotion, sexual and reproductive rights advocacy, and vector control, in partnership with NGOs. Over BRL 2 million invested in 3 years. Phase I completed in 2018 and Phase II in current implementation. • Leader of the Bayer’s Volunteer Committee since 2016. 11 initiatives/year involving around 1.600 volunteers’ participation and impacting over 4.000 people in 2018 (in São Paulo): a. Bayer Social Academy – Bayer employees volunteering to teach English and basic Excel skills to contracted companies’ employees (cleaning, maintenance, security, and others) with less opportunities. Currently expanding this project to the community.
