Our truth is that memorable moments have no formula. -Shape the strategic direction of the agency business and client services practice, reporting to the CEO.
-Build, train, and mentor the client services team, overseeing resourcing and productivity across new business, client work and agency marketing efforts.
-Lead and develop senior client relationships for premium and luxury brands across a myriad of industries: wine and spirits, automotive, gaming and technology, beauty, health and wellness, entertainment and CPG.
-Provide long-range strategic planning and creative direction for client marketing initiatives, including experiential, consumer engagement, brand building, research and analytics, influencer marketing, social and digital media, consumer sampling activations and partnerships.
-Work closely with leadership across people, operations and finance in the management of agency P&L, revenue forecasting, margin analysis and resource management.
-Lead new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and cross-functional partners in creative, design, technology and PR to answer RFPs and deliver culturally relevant marketing strategies and ROI-based programs that drive both client business goals.
