I have managed all aspects of contracts including managing people, budgets and stock control as well as implementing staff induction and training programmes. I am accomplished at managing relationships with key stakeholders by regularly reporting on contract performance against KPI’s and SLA’s. I have managed teams in excess of 70 people and I am responsible for all aspects of HR management and customer service. Having worked for 12 years’ at OCS, I am looking for my next permanent position with a reputable contractor with prospects for career progression.
