• Ensure the profitability, efficiency, and creativity in F&B Department, including analyzing and controlling food and beverage costs in order to achieve financial targets as well as other operational costs using simple and inexpensive eco measures
• Develop hotel operation efficiency using an integrated Property Management System (PMS)
• Execute the Sales and Marketing operational aspects such as creating rate structure, website creation, travel agent contract, inquiry conversion, correspondence, sales and marketing strategy as well as providing marketing support for SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Management Strategy
• Build strong rapport with owners through pro-active and ongoing communication, provide them with in-depth analysis of property performance, incorporating guest, financial, and employee business data; develops and effectively promote ideas for improving property service and profitability to ownership
• Interacts with guests and other customers on a frequent basis to obtain feedback about their experiences at the resort; utilizes those feedback to recognize outstanding employee service performance and improve service delivery; develops innovative ways to exceed guest expectations.
