Mar. 2018 - Mar. 2020Canary Wharf• Solely responsible for running of a sales department at one of branches of the agency, ensuring that we grow market share in area of coverage regardless of market condition. • Responsibility for high conversion levels of Market Appraisals to full service sole agency Instructions and Third-party sales with additional products. • Ensuring that MA generation activities/objectives take precedent over other activities and are delivered regardless of branch challenges as well as active growth of the Pre-MA database of contacts to enable future MA generation. • Complete administration of the branch with monitoring of each of sales transactions. • Arranging for the marketing material to be provided for new instructions. • Marketing and promoting properties for sale. • Registering prospective buyers whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service is given • Advising clients and buyers about the buying and selling process. • Preparing sales brochures, online listings, marketing materials. • Representing our clients in negotiation with prospective buyers. • Monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors.
