Guided by these priorities, I assessed the current business environment, people, and processes that underpinned our performance. Leveraging various tools and methodologies, I constructed business models to maximize the opportunities and unmet potentials. To mitigate implementation challenges, I either redesigned the business model and processes to remove constraints or structured new solution paths to achieve the desired outcomes. Additionally, I established and maintained strong alliances with internal partners across the enterprise to facilitate, plan, and deliver timely strategic and tactical solutions. Spearheaded several work initiatives that revitalized or established critical shared services centers within operations. Through these initiatives, I identified opportunities to streamline operations, eliminate redundancies, and reduce costs across service units. I then developed and presented compelling pitch decks that effectively communicated and demonstrated the tangible business value each shared services group offered.
