-Duties such as:
*Customer service, greeting and helping residents and visitors *Secretarial work assisting Town Manager and Town Finance Officer
*Recording, drafting, and maintaining Minutes, past and current, for Town Council, Planning Board, and Board of Adjustments. *Maintaining paperwork for Tree, Sign, and Construction permits, as well as other Ordinance related forms.
*Daily deposits, balancing cash, credit card, and check ledgers.
*Privilege Licenses: issuing and distribution of Privilege License to businesses in Tynecastle Shopping Center. *Water Utility Billing: processing monthly water meter readings, generating monthly water bills, mailing and processing of payments.
*Miscellaneous office duties, such as answering phones, organizing supplies, maintaining Town Hall, opening/sorting mail.
