Served as a primary escalation point for project management, addressing internal and client-facing issues on projects to improve customer service and team collaboration. Oversaw project resourcing and assignment, aligning the right PMs on the right projects to ensure maximum efficiency, engagement and client success. Developed performance evaluation tools for team members to clearly understand path for growth and advancement. Worked closely with team members to develop leadership skills and grow abilities with a focus on working collaboratively, thinking strategically and establishing win-win solutions.
