• Managed high profile tier1 and 2 projects with budgets up to $18M.

• Inaugurated a new project tracking system utilizing SharePoint technology for the Securities LOB. The system was designed using standard and customized templates for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on project data such as status, milestones, tasks, issues, risks, and document repository. • Piloted best practices in management reports by implementing MS Project server and working with third party vendors to train and automate the process. The result of which reduced dual entry among systems while leveraging existing tools.
• Established the foundational program management components to evaluate, prioritize, and plan the merger activities and enhancements for the Advisors LOB. Information gathered was hosted and reported from a SharePoint site.
• Accelerated the delivery time-line for the Data-Center refurbishment project to complete the project well within time and budget through the use of effective communication and escalation to management of impacts to production applications.
• Sharpened the SLA delivery tools and extended the life of the SMS-Pooling and delivery application through software enhancements and new infrastructure environments defined from an internal RFP bid competing with external third party companies.
