• NPS and Customer Centricity initiatives designed to track and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assisted the Broker Dealer in transitioning between Clearing House Platforms
• Led the development and implementation of an electronic application for the sale of life insurance products, both through internal distribution and through Third Party Distribution (TPD). In addition, I managed several aspects of an acquisition and split of the US Retail business, a business valued at hundreds of millions of dollars and involving thousands of employees. Included in my responsibilities were:
• The reassignment of all vendor relationships
• The creation of a transition services agreement between the remaining company and the acquiring company.
• The identification and movement of all historical and business records
• Developing a process of paying compensation to over 4000 representatives, brokers, and agents transitioning from internal agents to TPD agents.
