Lead projects in merger, acquisition and investment opportunities across the breadth of IBM's portfolio, in areas such as semiconductors, enterprise software, business process outsourcing, security, and product lifecycle management.
To support this effort, I managed IBM's private equity fund of funds. Conducted due diligence, negotiated definitive agreements, monitored and track IBM's direct equity investments in approximately 50 early stage venture capital funds, $350 M allocated. Acted as limited partner representative and manages strategic interactions with CEO's of fund portfolio companies. Selected Accomplishments:
