Jan. 2003 - Jun. 2008LondonAs the company grew, I took on the role of Customer Services Director up a fantastic team of experienced Account Managers dealing with a customer base of 100+ strategic accounts (GE, Motorola, Barclays, John Lewis, Prudential, Oracle, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Tate & Lyle, Central Office of Information (COI), Transport for London, Network Rail, Npower, etc). Responsible for retention, revenue generation, project management, quality assurance, helpdesk and product development I was kept fairly busy but was rewarded by seeing the customer base and product grow and grow and grow some more. In my spare time :) I also supported the sales teams in pitches as the product expert and for a short time managed them directly.
