Duties then involved transferring the marketing and sales collateral as well as educating the sales force on the additional service offerings that the PS GoLive acquisition brought to Zanett. • Within the first 90 days after the acquisition, Michael had sold a $4.5MM deal to a previous customer which leveraged a team consisting of legacy Zanett and former PS GoLive consultants; which would have been not been possible for Zanett to staff had the PS GoLive acquisition not occurred. • Consistently brought in revenues exceeding the annual expectations when the firm was purchased. Additionally, the Supply Chain practice had the highest average bill rates in the company and consistently brought in margins above the other practice areas in the company.
