About my role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales (ARR) goals within Italy, Portugal and Spain
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales pros. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis. Provide accurate sales projections to higher management for budgeting and resource allocation purposes.
- Partner with Staffing, recruiting, HR companies
- Strategic alignment on annual planning cycle and develop plans to ensure sales growth.
