Mar. 2020Created and designed the company’s official invoice template for all current and incoming clients for billing purposes. Managed and tracked all corporate’s invoices issued weekly and maintain Aging Report tracker for accounting purposes. Worked closely with clients from different fields like productions, clinics, etc. to onboard them on rates, terms, and schedule of invoicing. Provide detailed reports directly to the company’s CEO both weekly and monthly to keep track of the company’s cash flow for corporate side.
