Work Background
CEO and Editor-In-Chief
Liberal AmericaCEO and Editor-In-Chief
Jan. 2013Dallas-Fort Worth MetroplexIn 2013, I created Liberal America so that I'd have a place to write about politics and social issues, and so that I could bring in what I call "the great liberal minds in our country" and help them to earn a living writing about the issues that they're passionate about. As of August 2022, our website has had nearly 100 million site visitors. We are a force. The little blog that was intended as an outlet to vent became a movement. Since 2013, we've grown an online social media presence of more than one million fans.

May. 2011Dallas-Fort Worth MetroplexI love research and I love a challenge. Over the years, I've learned that I can write about almost anything. The "gurus" suggest that writers should zone in on one niche. In my opinion, we can have more than one niche. I do have a few niches, but the fact is, I enjoy diversity. I like writing about new and different things. Since 2011, I have created several blogs, including a news blog that has reached more than 100 million page views as of 2023. We cover a wide range of subject matter, including news and politics, books and reading, personal growth and productivity, entrepreneurship, food and cooking, and more.
