• Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders
• Manage client-specific measurement and reporting for priority people and organization performance metrics (D&I, Time to Fill, Sourcing Metrics, etc.)
• Use market data and metrics to educate and influence leaders around talent decisions • Innovate and improve the candidate/hiring manager experience
• Develop strategic, multi- faceted sourcing plans to insure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to fulfill the department’s key business objectives
• Drive the end-to-end recruiting process for Senior level roles within SG&A functions; to include gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offer negotiations
• Plan, organize, coordinate, execute, track and evaluate projects as needed
• Manage a team of one direct report
