• Developed and managed leadership coaching program with 2 ICF-certified coaches, delivering 500 coaching hours to 65 employees, resulting in 16 promotions, including 8 from senior manager to partner level. • Selected to lead 60 interventions across 8 departments. Based on team leader feedback, these interventions enhanced team alignment, improved communication, and greater efficiency in achieving teams’ objectives. Director of Onboarding Led team of direct and cross-functional staff with representatives from several business units in onboarding interns, campus hires, experienced hires, senior executives, and acquired company employees. Managed budget and oversaw post-acquisition integration initiatives.
• Converted 2-day single location in-person orientation program to virtual office-centric delivery, eliminating travel expenses in 2015. • Led transformation of 2-day firm-wide orientation and 1-week business-specific onboarding programs during COVID to 100% virtual delivery by leveraging Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and VR technology, achieving a 94% engagement score.
• Directed acquisition onboarding programs for 7 companies, integrating 750 employees and partners, resulting in successful acclimation and productivity acceleration based on extensive positive feedback from employees and leadership.
