- Conducting daily communication, planning, and training meetings, addressing challenges, and overseeing campaigns and actions.
- Planning, Executing, and analyzing Marketng Automation campaigns across various channels and platforms such as Sharp Spring, DotDigital, Salesmanago, Hubspot, Salesforce, Dynamics, and others.
- Client segmentation: Configuring queries, filters, and audiences within client databases and CRM systems (e.g., MK Cloud, Óptima, Datorama).
