I also work independently on an educational CPD project supported by the FSA (Financial Services Authority). My main responsibilities include administration and secretarial duties, as well as working to the highest standard of customer care responding to high volume queries by email from CII members and members of staff. I am also responsible for managing my time effectively with the CPD project checking and authorising evidence for each member belonging to the CII and the FSA. I have gained exceptional organisational experience throughout my current role, as well as working to a very high standard of accuracy, professionalism, requiring great attention to detail. I am confident when working under pressure, responding to high volume queries by email, and liaising with customers and members of staff at all levels throughout the organisation. I enjoy analysing and problem solving to succeed in providing the best solutions for the company. I am a fast and enthusiastic learner, and enjoy learning new skills, as well as using my determination, creativity, and rapport building to help me achieve my best. My outstanding organisational skills, enthusiastic attitude, and leadership skills have enabled me to excel as a hardworking and loyal team member, as well as a dedicated team assistant.
