• Led all pre-sales activities across North America and increased PSoft practice from $77M to over $440M in 5 years; managed the development and certification of 300+ consultants globally; built Go-to-Market strategy and created, executed, and followed up at global conferences for six consecutive years.
• Worked in multiple industries, including media and entertainment, life sciences, retail, and manufacturing such as Genentech, Amgen, Target, Universal Studios, Sony Pictures, Grupo Bimbo, Schreiber Foods, Prologis, eBay.
• Led strategic projects around HR Transformation consulting, as well as package-based implementations; directed Capgemini’s first Salesforce.com Work.com (SFDC) project.
• Created National OCM Capability and designed corporate OCM methodology and led multiple OCM courses; managed all aspects of OCM recruitment, hiring, training and project staffing.
