As part of the work of the Student Experience Manager, helped them ensure the brilliant and seamless delivery of day-to-day student and programme operations and communications. As part of the work of the Academic Services team, set up and maintain virtual learning environment, coordinated course assessment processes. Received, investigated and resolved complaints and addressed service setbacks, exercised judgement and escalated to line manager where required. Took personal accountability for the data quality of student records, ensured where involved that records are accurately maintained in accordance with the agreed retention schedules. Monitored adherence to budgets and kept Executive Board appraised. Processed invoices, maintained financial records on department spending. Assisted in administration relating to HR and Payroll and the Head of Operations and Strategy with regards to all temporary, seasonal, and permanent staffing. • Designed smooth delivery of seasonal programmes/short courses.
