I am thrilled to be the Executive Director for Healthways in San Antonio! I manage a primarily outbound center staffed with Registered Nurses and Health Coaches who telephonically coach members to improve their health and wellness. Job scope is similar to any call center director position - - oversee call center operations to include workforce management, coordinate client implementations with the account teams, work with HR on recriting and hiring strategies, develop and implement new strategies for performance improvement and recognition, oversee and manage budget for labor, facilities, and peripherals.
