Aug. 2015 - Apr. 2016Greater New York City Area• Operate as relationship manager for hiring managers at financial institutions including hedge funds and other investment banks to gain access to new roles and build business for the firm
• Responsible for weekly production of metrics and reporting to track full life cycle recruitment process leveraging Microsoft Excel (tables, pivot charts, V-lookups). The CEO, MD and recruiters rely on the completeness and accuracy of the information in the reports to make strategic decisions regarding recruitment efforts • Serve as a central point of contact between the Sales Director and external Clients to ensure seamless distribution of all client deliverables and continued relationship management. This includes trouble shooting and managing urgent inquiries, attending client meetings and documenting future staffing needs. • Function as liaison between recruiters, sales team, external hiring managers and Human Resource Departments. This includes reviewing, formatting and database entry of candidate resumes; tracking and distribution of new job orders, managing the interview scheduling process, as well as submittal and completion of candidate compensation and offer documentation.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects including analysis, documentation, and post implementation training of a new process leveraging an in-house database to manage the full lifecycle recruitment process resulting in substantial cost savings for the firm
