Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions when needed. • Drive revenue growth: set-up sales targets, monitor sales performance, and analyze sales data • Identify marketing and merchandising opportunities by PAX profiles and clients - positioning, pricing policy, product development, creative thinking. • People Management: Team of 15 beauty advisors, 1 marketing executive, 1 sales manager. Recruit, communicate job expectations, monitor, appraise, and review compensation actions
