• Managed total allocated budget of $50M and subcontracts that comprise over 30% of the aircraft cost-of-goods-sold
• Directed IPT tasks with technical oversight and decision-making to deliver aircraft systems compliant with scorecard metrics including cost, schedule, technical performance, weight, quality and reliability & maintainability
• Coached and mentored IPT personnel to ensure a skilled and motivated team that continually improved IPT productivity
• Developed statements of work, coordinated proposals, and participated in negotiations to place subsystem-related efforts on contract
• Successfully implemented new kit strategy yielding measurable improvements relative to previous new product development programs
