Construct daily activities and administer support to one staff member, which include determining work procedures and cross training among the rest of the staff to establish a high-level of service. Manage various tasks that included but not limited to registrations, enrollments, confirmations and cancellations of classes, room setup, course material preparation, instructor evaluations and reports, and student counseling. Cultivate relationships and collaborate with vendors, instructors, students, and company representatives – meet specific needs for individual businesses/clients and generated growth through existing customers. Maintain quality assurance by executing follow-up reports with customers, vendors/teachers, and businesses to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
