Jul. 2013 - Mar. 2015•Monitor CDR reports for rating exceptions/errors by carrier, customer, type, etc. using P/L SQL (Search and Query Language) Developer to retrieve the data. Present data using Excel. Work with other team members to fix errors.
•Analyze, prepare and rate call details from prospective and current customers using various programs, including SQL, Foxpro, Access and Excel in order to produce proposals and standard rate structures.
•Provide post-billing reports to the Finance department and end of month (EOM) reports to the Sales department.
•Perform vendor billing analysis using SQL, Excel, etc. to determine if the company is being billed correctly. File disputes as appropriate.
•Review CDR reports provided by Billing Supervisor and respond accordingly, particularly if issues need to be escalated for resolution
•Retrieve call detail records (CDR) from prospective and current customers via websites, email, CD ROM and file transfer protocol (FTP)
•Provide and create new reports for other departments
•Communicate with staff via email regarding billing schedule, bill run updates, billing issues, and potential fixes
