From 1998 to 2002 I was promoted to Maintenance Manager for all equipment at the Montorsi Casinalbo plant as well, performing technical manager functions, choosing new machines, defining new investments and general refurbishment of the plants. A team of 20 external and internal staff reported to me. The specific areas of expertise are as follows: - Installations for the production of pre-cooked typical Modena ham;
- Slicing lines and modified atmosphere packaging protecting cooked and seasoned meats;
- Clean Room;
- Management of refrigeration systems with ammonia;
- Central production of compressed air;
- Water treatment plants;
- Water purification plants. From 1995 to 1998 Maintenance Manager overseeing all of the Montorsi SpA Magreta plants, responding directly to the Plant Manager. I managed and mentored a team of about 35 external and internal employees. The specific areas of expertise were as follows: - Plant pig slaughtering;
- Equipment for the processing and transformation of fresh meat;
- Management of refrigeration systems with ammonia, freon and glycol;
- Central production of compressed air;
- Water treatment plants;
- Water purification plants.
