Support employee performance management, development, and training to help Osomers thrive.
Handle end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding across PH, in collaboration with teams in SG, UK, and HK.
Manage all HR administrative tasks such as contracts, letters, reference checks, and compliance reporting.
Maintain accurate HRIS (HiBob) data and continuously improve people processes.
Lead payroll and leave management for the PH team, ensuring timely and accurate in-house processing.
Address general employee queries on pay, performance, and policies, and support managers with employee relations issues, including basic performance and disciplinary matters.
Help develop and communicate HR policies and ensure local compliance.
Coordinate IT asset management for PH staff, including procurement, delivery, returns, and system resets in collaboration with IT.
