Which I always did, I always maintained nearly perfect customer service scores, improving the stores overall score every month, when the stores scores prior to me joining the team where very low. I was responsible for the opening and closing of the store, which included counting each drawer to make sure everything was balanced, gathering and making sure deposits where correct and either leave deposit for opener or take a drop the deposit at the bank. I would be pulling daily, and monthly reports to show where everyone stands within the store and as a company. I would do a weekly inventory count on cell phone accessories as well as speakers, and inventory phone counting I would do every day. Made schedules 3 weeks in advance and would be the top sales person in my store.
