• Advised business leadership teams on the annual performance management process, including appraisals and all aspects of total compensation planning. • Developed and executed operational aspects of international HR support for expatriates. • Consulted with managers and employees on all aspects of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the appropriate laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources (e.g., FMLA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Worker’s Compensation, and Unemployment).
• Collaborated with the VP of HR to develop and implement a unique 3-tiered employee benefit contribution pricing structure, which resulted in approximately $1M in savings.
