Jul. 2005 - Nov. 2006I spearheaded this role for Wal-Mart's dotcom division, where my primary responsibilities included collaborating with the Exec. Team to identify, strategize, and craft organization-wide messages delivered via Town-Hall Meetings, Quarterly All-Hands Meetings (off-site), and all internal comms vehicles. In this position I also re-launched Walmart.com's intranet and designed/developed protocol for the company's quarterly off-site comms meetings.
