Create Business Analysis Forms and Reports (Quota Performance, Quarterly Growth Trends, Plan & Reviews, Gap Analysis, Regional Sales Rankings). Liaison for Region/District compliance and regulatory issues. Support ongoing sales initiatives. Track Regional budgets to ensure target financial objectives are met. Plan and oversee Regional and District sales meetings. Negotiate hotel contracts, prepare agenda, and create PowerPoint presentations. Collaborate with Human Resources on all new hire sales offers, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Complete required forms and coordinate approval process. Calculate, process and track all sales commission changes, territory realignments, and sales contact information. Coordinate and manage the region’s surgeon training courses nationwide. Register Sales Representatives, District Sales Managers, and the Regional Vice President for corporate conventions and ensure appropriate approvals are received. Responsible for coordination of travel itineraries, complex Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and other sales software programs. Process hospital credentialing for Managers and Reps. Coordinate surgeon presentations for patient events and coordinate local media advertising. Manage marketing collateral throughout districts.
