Increased our vehicle coordination, logistics, and repair operations from 200 to over 400 vehicles in one year. • Coordinated and assisted in the launch of numerous General Motors products including Cadillac EXT, Cadillac Escalade, Cadillac ESV, Cadillac CTS, Chevrolet Silverado HD, Saturn VUE, Saturn ION, Cadillac SRX, Cadillac XLR, Hummer H2, and other mid-cycle launches • Handpicked for an assignment in Australia to develop QEK's Show and Events operations and establish best practices, process, and policy for their Holden customer. Successfully managed the entire operation for the Melbourne Auto Show in 25 days from cradle to grave operations including transportation, operations, ordering and re-allocating vehicles
• Trained and certified to perform all ISO 9002 related functions including Audits, Quality Control, and Document and Data Control
• Increased sales 30% in first year as manager as well as increased fiscal responsibility to our partner company ABN AMRO bank posting continual monthly profits during July 2002 through July 2003.
