- Increased subscription opt-in rate by 18% over the control variant by displaying subscription details that address customers’ fears, uncertainties and doubts, ultimately boosting Retention.
- Increased average revenue per user by 3.5% over the control variant introducing a visual indicator displaying the amount needed to gain free delivery.
- By removing a cross-selling step that caused friction during checkout, the final conversion rate increased by 4% compared to the control variant.
