Working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and business development, we ensure seamless product execution and successful launches, even within a lean structure. A key success has been growing the AXS mobile app's active user base to 650,000, positioning it as the primary customer engagement platform over the AXS Station kiosks, amplifying our core value of delivering bill payments and management convenience. This growth was achieved through strategic partnerships, customer-centric innovation, and a commitment to delivering a superior user experience. As the relationship lead for key partners like Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, DBS, and Krisflyer, I collaborate with these stakeholders to drive high-impact campaigns and initiatives that enhance the value of AXS’s product offerings. In Q1 2024, I led the launch of a groundbreaking crypto payment acceptance solution for bill payments—the first of its kind in Singapore and the region. Additionally, I spearheaded the introduction of a remittance service to China, leveraging the AXS app’s reach to tap into the growing Chinese national community in Singapore.
