- Organizing CSD pillar activities and communication with the other pillars
- Leading and organizing the team meetings in order to create Element Tree and checklists
- Preparing & Planning targeted trainings to support and fill knowledge gaps related with Competency Matrix (hourly associates) and IDPs (salary associates)
- Developing training materials and train-the-trainer program, delivering trainings
- Delivering internal trainings (i.e. Effective Communication and Giving Feedback; Continious Skills Development Pillar Training etc)
- Evaluating and updating the Y-chart and scorecard
- Continually auditing the process and be responsible for the quality of Training
- Preparing & delivering onboarding trainings (both salary & hourly and temporary associates)
- Acting as โGoodyear Learning Centerโ key admin at the plant (recommending trainings, recording trainings, assigning trainings etc.)
- Participating in global HR Operations Calls monthly and sharing best practices, making presentations
- Ensuring that Technical Training deliverables are standardized and successfully achieved by participants (partnering with outside training companies such as Rockwell, Pilz, Festo...)
- Managing training department budget monthly/yearly
