I am a versatile professional with over 20 years of experience in the areas of business management, project controls, contract management, finance, administration, and data solutions within the power line industry. I have worked on major programs and major transmission projects throughout the western United States for major utilities. My responsibilities have included managing and overseeing the project controls teams, procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable of day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing customer invoicing, creating process flows to improve the internal invoicing processes to improve cash flow. I have experience in performing financial analysis, maintaining financial compliance, and driving project execution to meet financial goals. I have experience in working on new ERP system configurations and rollout's, along with the experience of new system creation. Creating the architecture of a system to bring visibility to not only financials, but project progress of units complete from their inception to their completion I have experience in leadership and team building and structuring. Ensuring that the right people are in the right positions and have the right support to perform their jobs. This would include process flow creation and time value mapping of positions and roles. I have also coached and supported employees to grow within their careers and supported them in highlighting key career competencies. I have experience in customer service, both internally and externally, as well as at every level of a companies structure. Overall, I am a professional with both field office experience who has worked her way up from an administrative position over 20 years ago. I have worn many different hats and do not mind supporting at whatever level I can provide value.
