include managing departments such as reservations, maintenance, housekeeping, restaurant
staff, gardens and security
• Negotiate with suppliers across the board to ensure that the lodge receives the best quality
goods at the best possible price
• Budgets, sales reports, sales strategy, costings, customer visits, recruiting staff, sales and
marketing across all avenues for Zinkwazi Lagoon Lodge
• Managing and reporting on Google analytics, Facebook adds, Website, Instagram.
• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the Lodge
• Engage with workers and management to ensure that good work practice is maintained
• Provide leadership, inspire workers and colleges
• Oversee HR duties requiting
• Make important decisions planning and strategy
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Instil and promote a company culture that encourages work performance with high morals
and ethics
• Oversee banqueting, reporting, planning, costings, marketing
• Sound understanding of the financial position of the company
• Marketing printed, social media, google
• Oversee all departments – reception/reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant
and Havana bar, Landscaping.
• Reporting, income analysis per product. (Accommodation, restaurant & bar.)
