Key highlights:
• Managed $650,000 in product inventory across multiple locations, implementing controls to improve accuracy of allocation across multi-state channels which impacted orders valued at nearly $10,000.
• Implemented promotional strategies to expand consumer awareness of vintages, working in particular to showcase high-end wines which led to more than 100 lucrative wholesale accounts and elevated brand perception.
• Established new CRM system and loyalty program to track, retain and capitalize on account leads, achieving more than a 120% growth in wine club participation and membership-based sales.
• Oversaw digital marketing initiatives, achieving 300% growth in Instagram engagement and introducing company newsletter which quickly gained hundreds of new subscribers.
• Consistently maintained compliance with state-specific liquor laws and tax entity registration procedures across all relevant states, interfacing with liquor control board and federal officials to meet industry requirements.
